City's superb young goalie now wants out, who can blame him really when he's played amazingly only to lose his place. It seems that Tottenham are leading the pack to sign the brilliant young keeper although I'm not sure that, if he's unhappy at being no.2 at City, whether his situation will get any better here at Tottenham with Cudicini & Gomes already at our club. It might see the end of Gomes if Joe does come tho.

good keeper but not better than what we have not sure how old gomes is but hart would be number 3 for a couple of years i also though carlo was very good today

We don't exactly need him at the moment do we. Gomes and Cudicini are far better keepers at the moment. He is a great prospect for the future, but I would like to see him get first team football at another club.

We have two great keepers at the moment , i dont see this as an option unless he is being lined up for when we reach CL status and the two old boys are hanging up their gloves . Looks like loan deal material if we take him on .

Face it carlo was free and we will make a few million on him if we sell him and that would pay for the new lad who is a great prospect for us to ruin and cast aside to west ham.

Our 60,000 seater stadium will not be finished until 2012 , at which stage we will need a No 3 goalkeeper . Cudicini was a major coup for us , but one injury like gomes suffered cannot go unheeded . Alnwick was on the bench but we were scared to field him .

amazing keeper.....will be one of the best in a couple of years and even now i think he could be first choice here at tottenham......its close between him and gomez but it would be immature to buy a golie three windows in a row....we paid gomes 10 mill just this summer and paying big for another goilie this summer would not be a smart move.....gomes is good enough for us.....i can see hart going to arsenal though...sadly

Would like to have him on board, but he is nowhere near as good as Gomes and the commitment Gomes puts in when he plays is ridiculous! I would be very sad to see Gomes go for Joe Hart to come in....

Sorry, I didn't mean to say anybody was expected to be going anywhere. All I meant was, if Joe is unhappy because he is now a number 2 at City, he's not going to leave there to become our number 3, is he? Therefore was just guessing that we might move someone on if we did go for him.

However, this is surely just press speculation. Joe is unhappy at losing his place at City & is expected to think about moving elsewhere. When that happens, of course Tottenham would have to be involved!

Firstly,i don't wanna see big H leave,but if that should happen, then i'd rather we nicked Green off wet spam,better keeper imo,and secondly, it would piss them off no end.Always a bonus to me.The jumped up muppets,that they are.

BE, i don't know of any club that has 3 great keepers on its books mate,these days your lucky to muster 2 good uns.
