aparently tottenham yesterday rejected a swap deal from newcastle involing darren bent and obafemi martins....
i would have martins over bent any day..
id rather just have 5 million for bent if possible, cant think of any newcastle players id want to be honest
Are we CRAZY?! Martins is the 2nd best striker outside the big 4, besides Agbonlahor, in my opinion. He's got pace, agility, power, and a great finish on him....we should have snapped their arm off!

as anyone forgotten bent our top scorer in the league this season ? i got money on him being league top scorer, i dont want him to win it at another club

Seriously, Bent is getting goals, he's getting goals even without a regular first 11 start and without getting the penalities.
Give Bent more time on the pitch = more goals.
