Onuha seems a good prospect to me but he is crowded out at City, being behind Dunne, Richards & Ben Haim for a CB role & the situation can't get any easier for him there what with the owners delusions of grandeur.

Its claimed that we are about to close on a £4m deal that will bring the young England U21 international to WHL & a new youngster as backup in defence seems like a good buy to me. Richards recently claimed he would not be leaving City, could Onuha be the next best thing?

If we go there will be trouble
and if we stay we'll do the double
So Levy has got let us know
Will we stay or will we go!

The way Dunne and Micah have been playing, I'm surprised he hasn't got more starts....

I would prefer an established, experienced centre half to be honest, but this fellow seems the goods. Will take some time to bring on is the only issue. £4m? About right I guess.

Haven't really heard too much about him, apparently can play all 4 back positions, hopefully that means LB just as well as the rest and not well we could stick him in there even tho he's not comfortable. Haven't heard this from anywhere else so guess it's a wait and see

He's very similar to Richards imo, and would be a great signing. This would definitely have my approval

Plays CB or RB, very strong and quick and at £4m its snip for a great youngster.

I think he can do a job at LB also which would give us 3 players capable of playing right across the back in Chimbonda, Corluka & Onuoha. That would be a healthy situation for us for sure.
