Joe Cole had an operation yesterday for a ruptured cruciate ligament and will be out for the rest of the season . I remember a few on the forum were interested in us buying him .
Isn't that a shame for the Chelscum!!!!
He will be lucky if he is the same player again.
That is a propper injury which the likes of you and me wouldnt fully recover from.
He should be ok. Hope he is to be honest as the England team look toothles without him.
He'd probably be able to do more than a few of our players haha.

Well, I guess if we had have bought him, this would not have happened, but who knows for sure? Joe has never relied too much on speed, which is what a cruciate ligament really effects (as far as I'm aware). I would still be well happy if we get him in the summer, we would only still go for him if he can pass our medical anyhow.
