ok then i can't understand...
we wanted arshavin... i don't know what is harry thinking about him... arsenal want him to, but they haven't the money for him... they made an offer 13,5 million, but zenit want over 20 million, wenger can't give more.... so if we have enough money, why won't harry makes an offer of 20 million or a bit more and we have arshavin... arshavin has no choice cause he must leave now in january...

Simply because, we don't want to waste 20 million on Arshavin whenever that 20 million could be used on 4 other players to add more well needed depth to our team. As much as I like Arshavin, but he doesn't seem to loyal. He goes from one team to another until one of the big teams starts talking to him.

I get the impression that he would prefer to go elsewhere and if he came to us it would be purely for financial reasons. If he had a good first season he would do a Berbatoss. So I agree that 20 million would be better spent on other areas. Anyway i'm looking forward to Defoe linking up with Pav, could be a good partnership.
