It seems that Chimbonda could be coming back as well, have to say its not a bad decision to get him for a few months - always thought he was a perfectly good RB - and in my books is better than BAE.

Now all we need is for Harry to go after Malbranque as well and then the spurs faithful will be happy.

Defoe for 15 million is absolutely crazy price tag! Chimbonda, nothing to say.. we have already got 3 right backs who are all better than him.

I don't think we need chimbo or his attitude problem at spurs, can't see Sunderland selling anyway.

As for Defoe and downing I'd love to see them join, they would be great additions to the squad but we might need to spend to get them. No one is cheap in January

Looks as though Chimbo is a no goer any how, Sunderland wont release him on loan.
Defoe and Downing seem fairly shakey also.

We need a striker. Could Podolski be the answer???

why are we going for chimbonda again, after he admitted when he played for us he wanted to leave and earn more money and didnt like spurs anyway. He was pictured in that motor doing stuff which was derogatory to the spurs (i cant remember what it was). + we got Alan Hutton and Chris Gunter ?!!
