Big-spending Spurs eye late bid for Spain star Villa | Mail Online
Sporting Lisbon's Miguel Veloso gets name dropped as an interest of Ramos'. I think he'd be a fantastic addition to Spurs. A lefty, Portuguese national, very good on long shots/crosses, only 22. Spurs could use a good holding mid, would help the defense out a lot. I think Huddlestone has a bright future, but would rather Spurs didn't have to bank on him this season.

yeah veloso is a player ive had an eye on for sometime (in real life and champ manager!), he has great potential and is another strong young player who would bring something new to the squad! exciting times!

I've also been a fan of Veloso for a while. It would be amazing if we signed him. Maybe next to Jenas in a 4-5-1 or something. Seeing as he is VC now...

Why wouldn't he start if he is Vice Captain - Ramos obviously believes in him to control the squad when Big King is out injured, and he is a good player cos we have seen him lead up in play to some goals so you cant say he not a good player to have in your team
Jenas aint a big fan of mine . he cant hit those long balls like hudd can do. and i havent seen modric do it yet......
