teemu has completed the move to sunderland stating
"I'm very proud that i was able to play for Tottenham and winning league cup crowned it. But it was time to move onwards."
have a lot of respect for this guy - never grumbled or let it be known that he wanted a move and always did his bit - i'll not forget the "do you know what the score is didier" in the carling cup.
good luck to the lad and here's hoping he gets a good reception at the lane...:wavey:
can't agree more with your post
Teemu Tainio... often underrated, often broke up play, often gave the ball away but always kept fighting for the spurs cause...
Nice passing words too...
COYS
Always gave his all when asked to, a really valuable player to have in a squad - hope it works out for him at Sunderland
has a £ amount been released? also I wish him well and also Roy Keane well
Shame as he with some coaching he could have been good off the bench.
All the best Temu
This 23 mil for the four players...
I think it's a good bit of business for both sides (mostly us though).
They've got Malbranque, who will do very well there, Kaboul who is a talented youngster, Chimbonda who is about Sunderland pedigree IMO and Teemu who is young and always gives his best.
Anyway, have a good career Teemu.
like everyone else i really liked teemu.. He was a great player, who everytime gave his all.. I hope he is happy at sunderland.. Might not have always been the best or most telented player out there, but never did he give less than 100%, and really thats all u ever want from our boys..
Wish him all the best..

A real shame to see this guy leave the club, will always be remebered for his heroic display against the scum (5-1) good luck fella.
F*ck Stratford!!!!
I do really hope he does well, I am sad to see hime go, but if Ramos thinks he should go then that is Ok with me.
He was a solid player but he'll probably play more at his new club anyway so good for him.
