Would be a nice signing IMO.
Would be a great signing, whats his current value? Can we afford him?
Don't United have right of first refusal?
I'd take him
Naw, over-rated. We can do better..
As an American, I kind of have to hate the guy for picking Italy over the US, but fact is that he's a class player and would bring some quality to Spurs. He also wouldn't demand the huge wages that other strikers are looking for so he'd fit in fine. The only issue is that we currently have four strikers. We're involved with Fabiano, Hunt and now Rossi to some degree or another. I don't want more than four strikers so if we bring in two of the three we're involved with, which two leave? I don't want to see Crouchy go, as has been floated, but would have no issue selling Keane. Does that mean Pava also gets sold?
Fabiano is far better. Rossi's goal to game ratio is like 1 in 3. He has only scored 33 goals in 91 games. Villarreal were fighting top four in Spain for the first two seasons there and last season is the first season they have not been. Pazzini looked top class for Sampdoria last night if were gonna go Italian.
Rossi has looked pretty solid recently. Would be hard to see 'Arry working a good deal for him though. I also harbor some dislike due to him picking Italy over the US but he would improve the squad.
he is a great player
in italy he is not valued which is sad the only players better than him at his position is cassano and di natale (cassano did not make the world cup squad because the coach is bad and di natale did not start i think). pazzini is another good striker of italy but rossi is young and skillful
With Champions League now, we could afford to buy him and do a Man Utd and put him in reserves ha ha ha![]()
United do have first buy back option, would rather have Fabiano.
Steven Caulker is the messiah!
Isn't Fabiano Cup tied?
If we were to go for a cup tied player, I would much rather we went for Luis Suarez!
