Just an idea ..... few daft stories do start to float around during the window.

Some really good sites now have bogus news items.

I can never really take the ITK stuff too seriously .....although Im not knocking it, some really good stuff appears sometimes.

It would be cool to have a thread where a few of the nuttier transfer posts could live.

Just thought I would check if it would go down OK ...... or if you wanted to keep the ITK section on a more serious focused tone.

It's official Jenas is off to Barca.

The deal taking him to the Camp Nou is worth £10m and Xavi in part exchange.

A club official has commented on the transfer by stating "the club have looked into commissioning a statue for the Camp Nou but all these artists seem to be so expensive, we then thought about Jenas who is perfect for the role"

The new statue will be unveiled at a press conference later this year

Breaking "Bullshit" News!!!!!!!!!!

Spurs are on the verge of signing Frank Lampard in return for keeping Harry.

The Chelsea board today brokered a deal which will see Lampard cross London and join Spurs on a free transfer.

Asked about the deal Ron Gourley (Chelsea Chief Executive) stated that if Chelsea were to appoint Redknapp Lampard would start every game and they will bever win the league with him playing.

So the decision has been made to offer the England international to spurs in return for leaving Redknapp at spurs.
