Here is to a true YID who has been through thick and thin. Most of us on this forum have supported and some not so much. As some may know that I was behind him 150% and screaming praises from the rooftops about him. Well now he has gone and made an 89 year old record at White Hart Lane.

i still reckon that game at stamford bridge was his best yet! he was faultless that day and controlled evry yard of his box and claimed evrything!

that save from gerrard with the deflection i think no other keeper in the prem could have made that save hes going the other way and his reaction is unbelieveable

Love him, he's the best.
His reflexes and reaction time have got to be some of the best in the world. He was only shaky with communication, but he has sorted that out now.

He's broken that record & set a new one. Not only that but the initial record was set by our title winning side in the second division. They conceded 11 goals Home whereas we've only conceded 10 this year, altho Gomes can't take all the credit (but a HUGE portion). For a start, Cudicini was in goal & kept a clean sheet against the Scum & the back 4 have to take a lot of praise also.Originally Posted by woodgateftw

that save against villa was ridiculous. no one can make saves like that with the regularity that he does.
Simple, we would not be in the same position as we are without him. Will become a Spurs legend if he continues like this.
