Not really.
They are planning a new stadium and when that's built it will generate more revenue then the majority proposed stadiums. Unlike most Italian sides Inter average over 50k. With a new stadium that number would increase and how they intend to build it (English style) will also increase attendance. I hear they're thinking about 70k, which for them is reasonable. Also they would be sole owners which is the problem with a lot of Italian clubs. Clubs don't get the full benefit of playing on a ground. Juventus with their new stadium are the first private owners of a stadium in Serie A. In the mean time FFP does allow cash injections of chairman, which a chairman could take out a personal loan or spend private funds. That figure decreases in successive years of FFP but it's still enough in the meantime to make up the difference.
They could use the money, but they aren't as skint as they would make it seem. This article is assuming a bit, like that the Eto'o and Sneijder sales are about FFP. Personally I think it's good business, Inter got plenty of mileage out of both players, league titles, domestic cups, CL title. Why not sell now? Especially with Eto'o aging and Sneijder's value at probably it's highest point. Inter could easily navigate FFP in the meantime they just have to be showing improvement. They need to change the way they do business. The other Milan side have been leading the way for a little while now, and that was before FFP.
P.S. While we're on the topic pretty much all major Serie A sides are planning new stadiums for this very reason. You could even say they're ahead of England in that area. There's talk of Milan buying the San Siro and renovating it, which would make sense. If not they might build a new one.

Inter, despite their dreadful start, are currently the most in form side in the league. If they win tomorrow, they will be just 5 points of leaders Milan, but then i imagine 8 off the top as i think Juve will win. But still, they seem to be gaining momentum now. Im looking forward to the game, should be an interesting clasico!
Yeah should be interesting, I think Milan will win.
By the way here's the thread for Italian football chat if you're a fan.

Ok, thanks for that. I think Milan will win too.
Seems Inters great run has come to an end. Lost 1 0 to Lecce the other week and now drew 4 4 in a thrilling game at home with Palermo. Think its between Juve and Milan now
