Have you tried uninstalling it then trying again?

What about in IE or Firefox?

It does sound like a browser problem though fella.

Clear your cache and cookies mate. It will delete your saved passwords and logins but i've had this problem before.

Click on the spanner ( TOP RIGHT ), then scroll down to Options. Then "Under the Bonnet", then you should see "clear browsing history". Make sure cache and cookies are deleted. This should work. If not then try updating your Adobe Flash player, re-installing that usually works.

I had the same problem with IE, which I use at work. Firefox is fine, though.

Check what version of flash u are using, type "aboutlugins" in the Google Chrome address bar and press Enter. You'll see a list of all the plugins installed.

It may be an issue previous versions of Flash, so try upgrading your version of Flash. Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player)

If you temporarily disable your antivirus software, is the issue resolved?

Do the vids work in other browsers? IE, FF, Safari ?

Bare in mind IE uses active x, FF and Chrome use plugins...so u will need to install Flash for each browser
