what does everybody think what sort of season we will have . i think we need to bring in a couple of players and if harry can do the same what he did this season and getting to play as a team and play the good flowing football they are caple of then i think we can a least win a trophy and finish in the top 5 and get into europe

I the transfer season goes as planned and 'Arry gets his men then we could have a good one. However i wouldn't like to predict how well we will do until we've made a few signing, only then i'll be able to see then standard of squad at his disposal.

Would love to go far in FA and Carling cup, but honestly if we play some good football I'll be happy.

I know its only turned June but starting to get a bit worried, man city got barry, Villa now have £12mil+ to spend, arse will strengthen and we keep getting linked to average players like cisse or keiran richardson...get a decent left mid (not downing, please god not downing) center mid and a striker and be done with transfers. we have the quality, just need consistency (as always), beat chelsea, lose to blackburn, story of Tottenham Hotspur.

Not too concerned. We're still being linked to Glen Johnson, Aly Cissokho at LB. Joe Cole at LW.

I'm most excited about the idea of Chamakh or Pandev. I think either one of those lads would bring out the best in our current strikers and help us strengthen our attack.

If we get any of the folks mentioned, I could see us having a rather good season. I'll resist predicting until we complete our signing however.

i think if we only sell maybe bentley, bent replace them with michel bastos and pandav and maybe buy a young and promising center back and leave the squad as it is we will have a good season i think looking at 5th.
We need players like hudds, jenas and zokora to back up palacios n modders, i tell you someone just needs to teach hudds how to tackle and he could be a superstar, he has the best pass at spurs and a great shot, please get someone to show him how to tackle.
It would be great to get ino another league cup final but i think push hard for 5th and FA Cup

I think we can finish in the top 6. FA cup semi and i think we can win the League cup. I do think the League cup is ours this season

4th spot, 4th spot, 4th spot........that should be our aim and nothing, NOTHING should divert us from this. if we want top signings then we have to get in the champs league. forget the cup comps, kaka wasn't itchin to sign for pompey the other year jus cos they got the fa cup.

and 5the may as well be 15th as far as i'm concerned cos the other one is there just for the scum to take the p*ss out of. and it just halts our long term progress

Not getting humiliated by teams like foolham and wetspam.

Getting knocked out of both domestic cups earlyish on as the youth team would be representing us, saving our first teamers legs for the important job of league football.

playing the football that we have been playing during this pre-season, and even when we were getting results towards the back end of last season (which has been very very poor) then i agree with p unit, we will struggle again this season, and i will predict around a 10th, 11th place finish...

however, if we can just keep the ball and play the passing game that we as tottenham fans expect, without panicking then i reckon well get a little higher, but no where near 4th, around 8th again i'd say possibly 9th.

i think yidono1 and p unit have said this in another thread, but i think we have had our chance, and will have to wait around untill it comes round again.....

the villas, evertons and man cities of this world are where we were and are going to be there for a while i can see.....

i really hope that i am 100% wrong in my prediction, but i think that its pretty realistic.....
