What are your opinions on roberto martinez as a manager?

Inconsistent but promising. I enjoy his take on the game, but he hasn't shown yet that he's able to change matches around so that we are in better stead for winning if we happen to go behind.
He has actually got us playing football which is a new concept for Wigan, and for that said concept to work we need to give him time.

What kind of reception will palacios recieve on his return?

A mixed one perhaps, because of the way he conducted himself near the end of his transfer to you. I'll give him a warm welcome, as he gave everything for us.

Disgusting, should have got more time than he did.

a warm welcome, he left on good terms for a good fee, lot of respect for him carrying on with the game for his dead brother

think he got what he deserved, never liked him and he should of been made an example of, he's ment to be a role model and showed a blatent disregard for the club

he's a good british manager which is a nice change, makes good transfers both in and out.

defoe and for wigan diame wont give you an easy game in midfield and rodellega can be lethal on his day

what are your opinions on roberto martinez as a manager?
He has a lot of potential, he just needs to get the time to learn. Hopefully having cult status at Wigan and backing from Whelan will be enough to keep him in a job regardless of where we go.

what kind of reception will palacios recieve on his return?
Hopefully a good one. He's a top player and a genuine nice guy and it was sad to hear the news of his brother. He deserves a good reception, plus next time we meet we could have another Palacios in our ranks if you believe the rumours!

what are your opinions on the whole marlon king saga?
Good riddance to bad rubbish. He's been a waste of money while he was here so the conviction was as good an excuse to rid ourselves of his wage.

who do you think will end up in the top 4 this season?
The usual suspects. Nobody else has the strength in depth to compete over the full season, Liverpool don't either but sods law says they'll hang on.

what position do you think yourselves and spurs will end up this year?
Spurs should safely reach one of the European spots, if they don't then the season must be seen as a massive failure. Wigan well we're a right Jekyll & Hyde team so I'll be happy with a finish round 13th again.

what are ur opinions on harry redknapp and his management style?
I really really dislike the man. More than any other manager probably. People complain about Fergie whinging but there are none better at it than 'Appy 'Arry because he moans without people knowing it and manages to sneak under the radar most times. That and I think he must have some shadey links somewhere given the furore that he escaped from at Pompey. His management style is just a standard good British managers, he's down to earth and plays a solid way, still don't like him though.

who do you see as the dangermen for both teams this weekend?
For spurs it'll be Keane, it always is against us. For us, either Hugo Rod or N'zogbia as these two can change games if they get the break.

if you could have 3 players from the spurs squad who would you choose?
Palacios and then ANY of the strikers you've got because we don't actually have any. And just because Wilsons a right legend, despite playing for 'Arry, I can just about forgive him.

top class. as a man and as a promisign manager with a love for the club. looks like he will keep us up and for short term, thats all we can expect. plus his footballing style is great for anyone with a knowledge of the game (pennocks excluded clearly) to watch.

good. good player and left for a massive club and at like four times the salary.

not much to say, he is where he belongs. and he isnt any good anyway.

good manager. not sure he is one for the long term though. relies heavily on praise and impact which may not motivate players long term. style, well he keeps buying crouch and that encourages a certain genre of the game.

defoe! we dont really have anyone who is top notch, guess rodas could pose threat from distance, doubt it though
