Darren Bent is quickly becoming a Sunderland legend, if he keeps on scoring the way he has been he'll be up there with Kevin Phillips.

are you impressed with your new owners and have they so far lived up to expectations?

Very impressed, Ellis Short has said all the right things, he's left the football to the people who know football (ie Niall Quinn), and has put his money where is mouth is.

do you see steve bruce as the man to take your club forward?

Well he's being doing a fantastic job so far, someone great results like Liverpool and very unlucky not to have beat Man U.

who do you think will end up in the top 4 this season?

Man U, Chelsea are defo's, but its a toss-up between Arsenal, Man C, Liverpool.

I would be over the moon if we finish around 7th-8th.
I would say Spurs will be in the top 6.

Nothing against Spurs but I can't stand Harry, he's a cheat, think the man should have been kicked out of football for his dodgy dealings, and does most of his transfers by unsettling players using newspapers.

Bent for us he's defo going to want to get one over his old club and the chairman that messed him around.

An amazing signing...Our next best thing to Super Kev !! Was suprised you let him go...I wanted Crouch to come here but ya can keep the wag loving party animal...Daz is a machine that plays with his heart on his shirt !!

We have 1 owner in Ellis Short who is the force behind Niall Quinn ! Quinn is the brains behind the club ! Ellis knows what he wants and im sure he will get it Quinn has been inspriational since the day he took over the club with the Drumaville Consortium and we have gone from strengh to strength since !!

Quite a few Sunderland fans were a bit hit & miss when he was touted for the job, but from his 1st press conference he showed he wants the best for this club and with his signings so far and the backup of Niall & Ellis, im sure he will turn out to be one of our best managers we've ever had !

Chelsea to win, Man Utd 2nd, Arsenal 3rd and i think Man City or Liverpool will grab the 4th place...More Man City after Liverpools dismal start to the season, but it seems this year a few teams are beating each other so theres a good chance it could be wide open come the last month !!

what position do you think yourselves and spurs will end up this year?
Top 10 for us shouldnt be unrealistic, we could push for a europa spot if we can keep our discipline and keep injury free..The next few games for us will be a tough test ! As for Spurs...well you should be roughly in the same position.

Most fans hate Harry, me included...Hopefully Bent will grab a goal or 2 at the weekend to rub his face in it...

Bent for us...Although he could lack a bit of support from out stretched midfield.. For you...Crouch will be a handful in the box as usual !

Classs. English top scorer with a great work ethic and gets on great with the fans. What more could we want?

He has indeed. Ellis Short has provided all the cash we needed and does seem to care about the club.

Definetly, a hard but fair manager that takes no nonsense. We're now 8th in the Premier League which is a vast improvement on last season. Also very good in the transfer market, Lorik Cana signing of the summer.

Bit of a knob, although he does get results. The whole Darren Bent saga, the way he is in the transfer market unsettling players etc hasnt helped his image, especially with Sunderland fans.

Big Darren Bent. He will be eager to score a few goals against you's but also Michael Turner from set pieces and young Jordan Henderson should be feared.

Crouch? Keane? Defoe? Our defence isn't the greatest.
