David Ginola faces jail over child support
Former Spurs footballer David Ginola could be jailed after allegedly failing to keep up child maintenance payments.
His ex-partner Joelle Pinquier claims he did not pay child support of more than £400 a month for their daughter Joy, now 17

This is a media circus thing . Take no notice until the outcome = it says he has denied it , therefore i assume he has not asked for receipts for the cash he has given her . That is usually the case when you here these things . Very dangerous not getting reciepts for cash = as i found out the hard way and to my expense .

what a load of rubbish! jail is the most severe punishment anyway, 99% of cases will just have to pay it back with interest. I love the media, never let the truth get in the way of a good story!

I think this is just poor reporting, I always thought these guys set up trust funds that pays out on the interest monthly. If its true and found guilty then he deserves all he gets. Me on my little wage pays out a big chunk so a millionaire like Ginola should not be in this position

its his child ok at the age of 17 driveing lessons makeup n cloths and food to keep the girl allive what ever things u need if your a parent you would want whats best for the child and what comes first thats how my dad use to say to me he put me first when i was a kid now im nearly 20 I have payed his dept off household bills when he was off work its wrong and its wrong here makeing it between the child and silly stuff using the child its pafetic
