Well, my two most hated teams played against each other this week. It was a good result for us imo, because Arsenal are the early threats more so than Man Utd and they've now dropped 3 points. I don't know if I like it when they play because one of them has to drop points or hate it because one of them will probably win.
Midweek, Arsenal were the centre of controversy for Eduardo's dive. It was a pretty shotty dive, especially when Arsneal had pretty much qualified and dives deserve all they get imo, but it's so common now, I don't understand how Eduardo get's punished and people like Gerrard don't.
So in the game, Fletcher bowls Arshavin over and it's a blatant penalty. Manchester always get the decisions going their way, especially at home (remember 5-2 last season) After that, it's Rooney's turn to take a dive. He was buckling at the knees before the goalie even got to him. ManUre get the penalty and draw level.
AND THEN Eboue from Arsenal FREAKING LEAPS forward in the most spectacular failed dive I've seen for a while. He got a yellow card for it.
All in all, it was really really poor from both sides in the sportsmanship department. Both diving, both making harsh tackles. No club is perfect, but I really do feel that Spurs are one of the most honest. I don't see Lennon using his searing pace to trick referees, or Defoe leaping forward. Modric doesn't let himself fall to the groung if a bigger guy is trying to bully him. He just makes the other guy look like an idiot by beating him with his skill with the ball at his feet.

When Wenger was sent to the stands it had to be an all time classic for me.
I culdnt stop laughin at the crowd, and some bloke was waving glasses in his face that was funny.
"Modric could play in any team in the world in my opinion, he's a fantastic footballer, top, top class."
Would have preffered the draw then both teams drop 2 points .... but I had a great laugh at -
1. Rooney making the most of a very rash tackle (bad goalkeeping).
2. One of the finest own goals I've seen for a while.
3. Yet another outrageous Arsenal dive.
4. Wenger being treated like a little kid, and reacting like one.
5. The 'outrage' from Wenger that Manure players dared to tackle his team of lightweights.
Didn't think either side were overly impressive let's see how we get on next week ..................

Yeah, I was hoping for a draw.
Rooney knew exactly what he was doing. He knew Almunia was rushing out and was only going for the penalty.
What was the 2nd point mate? I can't see it on my screen.
overjoyed when the arsenal goal was disallowed
did you see the crowd??? they went nuts
Manchester United are one of those teams that have to get the decision, because if they dont, the fans get angry, it was happening when i used to play aswell
I was hoping for a draw, failing that an Arsenal win.
Rooney isn't exactly subtle with his diving and i'm surprised the ref bought it.
Can't stand either team TBH.
I was at Old Trafford last year for the 5-2, and they have some of the worst fans in the country. That scream for when the Arse's goal was disallowed is probably as loud as they get! They certainly don't sing and its usually the away fans, certainly ours anyway, that can be heard the most.
Roony will never get done for diving because he is English. English players don't dive in the eyes of the refs, the Premier League and the FA, simples.
I don't think Man Utd will win the Premiership...sad to admit it, but ARSEnal dominated and should have drawn. Eboue was appauling. For me, diving is like injecting steroids ...best to win fair and square. The waY ARShavin is playing...kinda wished we forked out for him rather than Pavlyuchenko![]()
