Tottenham Hotspur Can Undoubtedly Qualify For The Champions League - Ossie Ardiles
Argentinian is sure his former club are capable of breaking into the top four this season...

Former Tottenham Hotspur boss is convinced that they can break into the top four this season and qualify for the Champions League.
Ardiles, who was a part of the 1981 FA cup winning side as a player, reckons Spurs' impressive start to the new campaign they have won their first three matches to go top of the table, illustrates what they are capable of.
"Tottenham can get into the top four this season, without any doubt. Their performances in the first three games of the season have confirmed their incredible potential," Ardiles said in an interview with ESPN.
However, the Argentine World Cup winner thinks it is too early to anticipate a tilt at the title.
"Talk of a challenge for the title is premature," he added. "You can only say that if they are still top of the table at Christmas."
Nevertheless, Ardiles is mightily impressed with the turnaround Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has achieved at the club, less than 12 months after taking over from Juande Ramos when Spurs were languishing at the foot of the Premier League.
"Harry inherited a very difficult situation with the club at the bottom of the league less than a year ago, so his achievement is already amazing," he continued. "He has assembled a powerful squad that doesn't have too many weaknesses and has excellent attacking options. He is well placed to move the club onto the next level.
"I was at White Hart Lane to watch the Liverpool game on the opening weekend and Tottenham were the better side by some distance. Against a team that so nearly won the Premier League last season, it was a very impressive performance.
"Harry has put the smile back on the face of the club again. For too long they were worried about their weaknesses and now they are thinking more about the positives. I am so pleased to see Tottenham doing well."

COME ON YOU SPURS!!!
I don't want to disagree with the great man but you can't judge us on the three games so far, for a shot at the title or a shot at the top four. I agree we have the quality to get into the top four as witnessed against Liverpool and Hull, but I don't know if we have the consistency yet. That is the main thing that has kept the top four so entrenched, their ability to maintain consistency. Let's hope our great club can achieve that this year and if so, then we have a fantastic shot at getting into the Champions League. For me, it's too early to talk about the top four though.
