After Harry......

i know that this is very early to start this discussion.

i was watching the post in spurs videos about the rivalry between arsenal and us, and the main thing that jumped out at me is how consistant their club has been...top 4 and especially manager....now we all know that our managerial situation has been iffy to say the least over say the last 10 years, which got me thinking about our current regime and what happens next.....

realistically harry has probably got around 4-8 years left. and i hope with all my heart that he is our manager till he retires (but no-one can see into the future so....). but when he goes there would be a massive void to fill....much like when SAF eventually retires.

my main question is, why do managers not bring in number 2's or whatever which will eventually succeed them keeping the club stability at a high level? they would slowly be integrated into the club how it works, seeing how the current manager work, and when they eventually do succeed them they will know the club inside out....

if we're doing that now, are kevin bond or joe jordan our next managers? maybe with jamie coming in we'll keep it in the family....lol

Cannot see Jurgen getting a number 1 job to be honest, completely cocked up at Bayern. Can't see him getting a top job anywhere else.

MJ always said he will come back, who knows what state the club will be in 5 years when Harry goes. He will be back.

harry will be around for a long time yet and by the time he goes who knows wat up and coming young managers will be around!

hard to say if jamie or even tim sherwood, les, or even teddy will be top managers by then but its very possible!
