Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed, via their official website, that Jamie O'Hara will miss the rest of the season after taking the decision to undergo surgery.
The 22-year-old has been on the treatment table at White Hart Lane for the past two weeks as a result of a knee problem.
In order to correct the injury the England under-21 international will have an operation on his knee on Saturday, ruling him out of Spurs' final three fixtures of the 2008/09 campaign.
The 5ft 11in midfielder, who can play in the centre of midfield or on the left wing, has started 15 games for the north London outfit this season, making a further 13 appearances as a substitute and weighing in with four goals.

COME ON YOU SPURS!!!
Good stuff get him all fixed up for the title chase next season!!!![]()
Yea, I can't see him getting a lot of time these last 3 games anyway so might as well get him patched up and ready for the pre-season hopefully!

hope the problem gets fixed. i would hate to see a reoccurring injury like Ledley.
O'hara is a good young player. hopefully he will be all fixed up for next season and get a good bit of playing time.
Yid Army!!!!
probily got the injury by falling of danelle lloyd ,told you she was a curse ,at least he had a smile on his face i suppose
Not too callous I hope, but this has come at a time when Jamie can easily be missed!
Hope the op is totally successful cos he does bring a lot to the team.
