im just wonderin why all of a sudden everyone has suddenly turned on keano???
i can understand why people dont like him after the liverpool move but there has been a lot worse performances from other players around him.
he now also has to cope with the pressures of being the permanant captain and needs to lead a team as well as look after his own performances
anyone ever noticed that as soon as he came in as captain we became a resurgent side and began to win games, that doesnt happen by chance
as soon as he is settled in at spurs with the number 10 on his back and a consistent strike partner like pav or JD we will see the old robbie keane back scorin goals and givin his all for his club

Keane made one of the worst career decisions of his life when he went to the Bindippers.
Mad Rafa proved just what a poor motivator and manager he really is when he turned a 20+ goals a season striker into a player that began to doubt in his own god given ability to score.
Sure i was upset with Keane when he went to Binfield, especially after he was saying thast he finally felt like he had found his footballing home with Spurs. It just proves how fickle players can be.
Keane made the transfer back to Spurs happen, i am sure of that, although Mad Rafa will probably say otherwise. He came home because he has a genuine love for Spurs and i can almost certainly say that probably, deep down, he wishes he had never left in the first place.
Keane has been awsome since he came home and i am over the moon that we have him back.

Yeah no bad feelings towards the lad from me either not sure who you think is getting on his back tbh mate?
For me Keane is what Spurs are all about passion and getting stuck in when the chips are down im made up hes come back to the Lane and really he was always going to be slightly off form after having a poor time at Pool as its clear Rafa kicked the fight out of the lad.
Next season after a pre season under his belt we will se the old Keane again firing us towards the top four I hope.
F*ck Stratford!!!!
I don't think it's hate, I think it's just a bit of disappointment that we haven't seen him put in the performances that we know he's capable of. He hasn't been bad since he came back, just not outstanding, and I don't think there's a problem with people voicing their opinions on that, we do for the other players!
I'm with everyone else that next season we'll see Keane playing the football he used to, and if there is any hate around i'm sure that'll disappear quickly enough
Redknapp-"winning's a great habit"
Woody Woody Woody.............
I think its me that this is aimed at and tbh I think you are reading into it a little bit deeper than it needs to be.
I muted that I wouldn't be surprised to see a big name leave in the summer and offered Keano up as that possible big name as its clear that Arry has love for Bent and JD and Pava is a new acquisition.
Fact of the matter is that he isn't the player we sold to the Dippers 18 months ago and that cant be denied.
I think from my personal point of view we have been spoiled by his past prolific form with berbasulk and he has not set the world on fire like we all expected when we heard the prodigal son was returning.
Now if you don't like the truth (which the above is) then please ignore my posts.

Give Keane time, I'd rather see us get rid of Bent, I'm aware that he has played well for us this season, I just don't see him as a spurs "type of player", where's the flare? Bring in someone with that spark of imagination, Berbasulk had it, Keane has it and JD has it, not sure about Pav yet.
Europa League, sounds like a Japanese car to me!
Good Afternoon Woody, you call Robbie a Traitor in your
"Traitor" thread, yet here you are complaining because
people are turning on him?

i dont hate keane he has not been playing well because he has been playing bent now he has pav and defoe back he will get back to his old self give him a chance dont write him off he will come a spurs legend once again
i think the way he was treated at lpool has had a big effect on him but think he will be back to his best next season lets not forget he has had some good performances since he has been back the boro one for example just not getting the goals but wait for his kop end hatrick on the final day c.o.y.s.
i think thats misunderstood the fact is that i do think keane was a traitor for saying he loved my precious club and then he was everybody's blue eyed boy at the lane and was playin the best football of his career and he decided to go to "his club" when he said he loved spurs
i was angry with him 'bout dat and anybody that says he loves our club and the next minute goes off to the next big club callin in my view is a traitor
he is well on his way to becomin my blue eyed boy again but i was gettin at the fact that he has turned our season around and that people wer critisisin him for dat in this thread slim

Keane is a fantastic striker just because he hasnt been knocking them in left right & centre this season doesnt mean that the class has deserterd him.
I want him at spurs till the end of his career ..he gives 100% plus more every match. And since he has been back in the team they have played as a team together .. he`s total classs .

Good Evening Woody, if it seemed like I was having a go
I apologise, couldn't see where you were coming from...
Oh - you want me to watch my mouth, how?
Take my ****in eyeballs out, and turn em around?
Soz m8 that just go's to show how good Berba & Keano were together.
They were diferent mustard together.
I still dont understand why Fergi didnt try and get Keano when it wernt working out at the Dippers.
Just immagine if we had them now with the defence we have settitng new records and the like.
We wouldnt be worying about not getting 7th place would we.
