The 4 teams involved in the race for 7th all have 3 games left and not one side has an easy run in to the end of the season.
Spurs:
Everton (A)
City (H)
Liverpool (A)
City:
Manure (A)
Spurs (A)
Bolton (H)
West Ham:
Liverpool (H)
Everton (A)
Boro (H)
Fulham
Villa (H)
Newcastle (A)
Everton (H)
7 - West ham - 48 pts
8 - City - 47 pts
9 - Fulham - 47 pts
10 - Spurs - 47 pts
Going to be a very interesting and tight end to the season in the race for 7th.
Who do you think will finish in 7th?

Good Afternoon, Everton look as if they will have the biggest say
on who finishes seventh as Citeh, Fulham and ourselves all
play them. Next week is interesting as Citeh play Utd, and
Shammers have Liverpool. A win at Goodison would be very
handy indeed! With us having to play Man City, I think that
Fulham may be favourites for seventh. Could well put Newcastle
down in the process.
Will only whisper this... I don't think it would that bad if we missed
out on Europa League....
Eight games in I'd have taken Fourth Bottom!
Think Fulham will grab seventh....
Agree with you Slim, the Europa League could be somewhat of a poisoned chalice for us next year. We just need a normal domestic campaign and push for CL football.
Shame really because i will miss those big European nights.

I want to see us make Europa League next year. If the worst comes to the worst and we're struggling in the league again it's a good chance to play young/fringe players. But I believe Harry will do a bit of business in the summer and we'll have a good, settled squad for next season that can compete in several comps.
Maybe thats just the usual unfounded optimism but I don't care!!
As for whether we'll actually make it or not I think this weekend will give us an idea but if it comes to the last week I can't see us getting much at Liverpoo. Well, we might get a point or even 3 but I'd rather not need it.
Should be an interesting last couple of weeks, at the start of the season I'd have thought we'd be fighting relegation at this stage not aiming for a eueopean spot so happy no matter what happens!!

Looking at the fixtures next weekend we got a chance to get into the 7th spot then beat man city at home
It will be tight. I think fulham are favourites at the moment. Goal difference will be a killer too.
I disagree about the Europa League being a bad thing for us atm. If we do end up finishing top 4 and make the CL, then we will want to make it next year round, won't we? Well that means playing a new campaign with all of the extra european games and still finishing 4th. The more times we play in european games whilst trying to achieve a higher goal, the better, as it will give us a lot more experience for what it will be like if we do end up in the CL.
Agreed
Also without European football of any discription, who's to say some of or squad wont jump ship in the Summer.I personally think it will big blow to the type of new signing we will get in the close season if we dont get 7th, not a total disaster when you consider our start, but not good non the less.
Good Afternoon, I have heard players say they want Champions League
Football, but not that they will only go somewhere because they have
UEFA Cup football.
In some ways I think Europa League will hinder any chance of ever
getting near the top four. Playing Thursday night in Eastern Europe
then Sunday in The Premier League is no recipe for a high league position.
Would love to see our first team play a season of Premier League only,
and play youth in The Carling Cup, and just see what we can achieve...
Well if the youth were playing a few europa league games that would be extra experiance for them too, we don't need to play a lot of first team players in europe, youth, backup players or players coming back from injury could play for extra experiance.

Good Afternoon, I do agree, but a lot of our fans complained
about under strength team that Harry put out this season
in the UEFA Cup. I'd love to see the youth tried in all Cup
games, some travelling fans who put up their hard earned
to follow the team I know would feel short changed.
I agree it would be annoying to the travelling fans, to be honest I don't care if other fans complain but if you've gone to the effort of travelling you deserve a performance. I'm not sure what the answer to that is...

Think we've got a good chance to nab 7th if we get on a nice roll. However, I would have liked to see us beat West Brom by more than 1 goal to help our goal differential.
I'm torn on Europe too. Would love to see us make it, but it's a lot of games, and can affect form in the Premier League. Personally, I would like to see us bring in some new talent, keep the class we already have, and make a push for top 4 instead.
If we do make Europe, I too would be all for playing some backups and young players. Don't go to lose, but don't throw off the rest of the season as well.
We all follow the Tottenham!
Harry dont fancy it - Sunday Mail - and it sounds a crock of sh*te, 19 extra games if you reach the final, 5 knock out stages both 2 legs, 4 teams in a league home & away, plus FA and Carling cups and it all starts in July !!
I'd prefer a season to consolidate but, hey, european nights are good fun !!

Spurs cant resist the temptation of fielding a full starting 11 at any time in any competition if we have a chance of winning it and the Europa League will be no different imo. Harry will need to buy 5 or 6 players in the summer to add the depth required for Europe should we finished 7th. Our current squad doesnt have too much strength in depth to cope with that many games in 4 competitions. I am not saying Spurs should give up on a Europa League place but perhaps just 1 really good domestic campaign will boost our league position to hopefully get CL football after next season.
