Obika's good form at Yeovil has caught the eye of Crystal Palace who are considering taking him on loan next season.
In my opinion this would be an absolutely BRILLIANT move for the lad. He has shown he can do it in League One, indeed our sources in Yeovil (lol) say he is clearly of a higher standard, & it would be great to see how he handles himself in the Championship. Crystal Palace are an ideal club for him also. He won't be too far from his North London home & will find himself well looked after there. He will be under the watchful eye of the excellent Neil Warnock who will do his absolute best for Obika & he will be amongst a group of talented, British youngsters. In fact Palace have a habit of nurturing young talent & Obika will definitely get his chance there & it is a great place to make a name for yourself, look no further than the likes of Ian Wright if you need evidence of that.
I hope this happens for the lad if I'm honest. It'll be a good test for him & being in London & playing for Warnock (who is a friend of Harry's) will mean Harry can keep a close eye on his development.
King and Bongani,
King and Bongani bong!!
(watch out here they come!)
Will we stay or will we go now?
Will we stay or will we go now?
If we go there will be trouble
and if we stay we'll do the double
So Levy has got let us know
Will we stay or will we go!
Rafael, Van Der Vaart
ƒuck Chelsea & Frank Lampard
with a nick-nack paddywhack he'll be getting goals
when Lampard's too fat & old
COYSAFOYS
its a step in the right direction for the lad....hopefully if this happens he destroys the championship then the following season he can take the premiership by storm!
Oh - you want me to watch my mouth, how?
Take my ****in eyeballs out, and turn em around?
Agreed with the above tbh.
The way we are going through strikers at the minute he may get a recall in Jan to do a job in the first team.
