Before you quit this post purely cuz I'm a Chelsea and Plymouth Argyle fan, I would like to say what a ****ing disgrace today was.
You worked very hard and got a good lead, and it was all undone by an absolutely disgraceful decision!
This guy is in charge of my FA cup final

An absolutely **** decision which effectively ended Chelseas title hunt.
I was behind Spurs 110% today and was severly hacked off by the ref.
Also, in the build up for the second goal, was it me or was Berbatov completely offside? A lost incident and haven't seen a replay yet..
So, potentially two **** decisions have gave United an undeserved title.

      Thanks

Thanks for your impartiality mate. And for the 2nd goal, I though Berba was off too, but a friend of mine showed me a pic and he was on because Corluka was playing him onside.

There was a foul in the build up to the second goal tho that Webb was about to blow for in our favour but didn't & waved play on even tho it was United attacking with the ball & the 3rd goal was a move that began from a free-kick on the halfway line. Palacios conceded the free-kick but it was a perfectly good tackle.

. . . and did the fourth cross the line fully? I still have not seen any evidence to say that it did.

yep its really irritating. i think im more pissed off about this then i was about the mendez goal a few seasons ago at OT. i really do think the referees are influenced/intimidated when they are at OT.

Look theres absolutely no doubt the ref ballsed up our flow with that pathectic penalty decision but im staggered by the fact so many have let the team off for completly throwing the towel and conceeding 5 yes thats 5 second half goals.
2 nil up and we lost our bottle at OT once again i repeat the ref did not help but our approach play in the second half was trully sh1t!
I think far too many are using the ref decision to cover up a vile performance!

Theres no doubt our heads droped and there game became more intense with the 2 gifted goals by the ref to make it 2-2 but without that biased reffing i honestly cant say how we would have preformed. If the circumstances were different and them 2 goals were correctly ruled out but we still conceeded 5 goals then i would be furious, but as it stands im finding hard to give them stick.

Seriously? your one of the moaners who actually lay no blame at the feet of any of the Spurs palyers for their complete lack of any effort in the second half?
In summary your excusing them because they felt hard done by with a dodgey penalty and feel its ok to sulk whilst still 2-1 up lets not forget and simpley chuck the game away?

I actually think the first two goals should have not been given, the first was the pathetic pen and the second Berbatov was off side but there was also a blatent foul on Modric by that rafael fella in the build up. I think Ronaldo should have got a yellow for his blatent trip on lennon and sent off as he got another and Scholes tackles were terrible but he got away with kicking the **** out of us.

You are right the players are to blame but as i said i find it hard giving them stick for it.

I'm afraid it did. I saw the whole ball cross the line.
Obviously the refs let that one stand without debate. C*nts.
I'm wondering where Howard Webb was standing for that one as a matter of fact. That's what I'd like to know!

Not taking anything from the penalty changing everything though.
It kicked spurs out of their 'zone'. And what a zone it was!

I'm not willing to completely let the players off, I'm pretty sure I posted in the match thread before any utd goals that we were being too negative in the second half and it was gonna be like the last 10mins usually are but for a whole half. ie us defending then booting it up field then defending again and repeat... We needed to come out and keep attacking.

I'm starting to get over it now and look forward to the weekend, hopefully Harry gets the boys spirits up and we get a big win. 3-0 or more! Would like to see a few changes to the lineup, any players who let their heads drop should be benched, those who kept trying keep their spot. We need to discourage that attitude, they get paid 20-60k A WEEK, if that doesn't motivate you find a different job!

There's nothing wrong with being an Argyle fan. My mum is a Pilgrim . In fact IIRC correctly the first game I ever saw was a Plymouth match. Should make Sunday interesting as my brother-in-law is a Naaaaarwich fan and they need a Plymouth win to stay up.
