Tottenham are an unfinished work but much-improved under manager Harry Redknapp. They create chances but give teams the chance to score. They will go to Old Trafford and try to play and because of that United will win. They can afford another slip up in the title race which, as I said earlier, is theirs to lose.
Verdict: 2-0
Lawro speaks out of his @ss. Known fact. It is a medical condition.
i think "lawro"is talking out of his jacksy, not because hes simply gone with the percentages and been completely unoriginal (i dont think i've ever seen him predict a team outside the "big 4" to beat one of them, or predict anything other than a draw when two of the them meet), but because he states "united can afford another slip-up", i'm not sure alex ferguson will be telling them that, they lose this and liverpool win at the weekend, they're likely to be second, still with the arse to play, very losable game that.
Or he's probably right
Spurs do have a habit of doing that.
As of late March, if every Lawro prediction came true, Chelsea would be top of the league without a defeat to their names, Arsenal second with a similar unbeaten record, United ten points back and Liverpool a further five behind them, while Stoke would be rock bottom with a mere two wins to their name.
The man is a fool!
He has a moustash..............No more needs to be said.

Mark Lawrenson the Chuckle brothers grandad !
. . . but what Lawro actually says is completely untrue. He is specifically talking of recent form &, if anything, we have had an excellent balance between a fast & dangerous attack & a solid & consistent defence, & our clean sheets back that up. Man United really do not look that threatening going forward . . . did you see them against Pompey? Oh, dear! How did Pompey lose that 1! A team that could defend properly would not have been troubled by United the other night so what Lawro says is complete guff based on no actual facts.
By the way guys, if you're going, you really have to get on Berba's back & encourage the United Home fans to do the same. He may well look to prove something after the other night but he crumbles into insignificance when a bit of negative crowd pressure is put on his shoulders. Remember when he came to WHL? He wasn't allowed to touch the ball without everyone getting on his back & he was terrible. However, when we met them at OT in the cup we did not maintain that pressure throughout the game (as far as I know anyway!) & look what happened!! Those Home fans will be begging for an excuse to get on his case & if we encourage them & give them a gentle nudge in the right direction, I'm sure we can get them to do our work for us!

You wanna know Lawro ? Ask him why he left managing Peterborough overnight ????![]()
"There's a fine line between madness and genius - God removed that line and replaced it with Gazza"
Firstly, I agree that Lawro is a knob but he is only saying what everyone else outside of Tottenham will be saying. Nobody predicts Manure to lose at home, ever! That's what will make it so much sweeter when we do turn them over.
COYS
I think we should stick Lawro's words right back down his throat. 2-0 Spurs!!
