My friend is running the marathon in memory of Ralph Murwill, a massive spurs fan, who sadly died of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) after running a half marathon in 2008, he was aged just 28. he is raising money for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young), who are researching into how to stop SADS. If anyone fancies throwing a few quid his way then that would be amazing.
Look out for him on the day if you are going to watch the marathon he is running in an enormous heart.

Hi Owen, sorry to hear about Ralph passing away at such a young age.
It is very commendable of your friend to run a marathon in his memory and trust he will raise funds for such a worthwhile cause. Good luck to him.
You should put a link up where people can donate
Did Ralph used to go to the Park Lane end with his wife/girlfriend? Remember a lady turning up at the start of the season with a special t-shirt i think - just wondered if that was anything to do with Ralphs passing?
Good luck to him up in the WHL in the sky !!
RIP YIDDO
