I know we're all gutted to lose against Rovers yesterday but let me try & be optimistic. We have 2 home games coming up, the first against WHU who we generally do quite well against & the second against the Geordies, who we don't, although they are looking proper shaky at the back & especially away from home.
Under Harry we've only lost 1 home game. we've not lost in our last 11 home games and we've won 5 drawn 6 against teams like Chelsea & Man Utd. I know what you are thinking "we always do well against the big teams but lose against those around us" well, that's not been the case at home, beating Wigan 3-1, Boro 4-0, Burnley 4-1, Stoke 3-1 . . . you get the point. Under Harry we've figured out how to score goals at White Hart Lane again!
Under Ramos we only scored 4 times at home this season (just 2 in the league!!!) in 5 games but under Harry we've bagged an impressive 32 goals at home in just 17 games!
We are in 11th place but we have every opportunity of picking up 6 points from the next 2 games. In terms of Europe, the next game against West Ham is a 6 pointer. They are in 7th place on 44 points & we will be in reach of them if we can beat them at our gaff. West Ham are then away at Villa whilst we're home again to Newcastle. Villa could do us a BIG favour there &, after the way they played today, I can see them beating WHU.
Wigan too are going for 7th place. They got beaten by Everton 4-0 today also & they have to play Arsenal next, West Ham are the only team around s who benefitted from us losing & we have the unique opportunity of taking those points right back off of them next weekend.
In short, its not all over yet.

(watch out here they come!)
Will we stay or will we go now?
Will we stay or will we go now?
If we go there will be trouble
and if we stay we'll do the double
So Levy has got let us know
Will we stay or will we go!
Rafael, Van Der Vaart
ƒuck Chelsea & Frank Lampard
with a nick-nack paddywhack he'll be getting goals
when Lampard's too fat & old

Everything you say I agree, but yeah there is always a but... if we won today we could have took even more points of West Ham next week.
Well, that kind of goes without saying. Unfortunately tho, we didn't, & we have to look forwards to the next match.
My worry is Palacios will be missing & we are not the same without him. However, like I point out above, our home form has been pretty good regardless. Palacios is great for those tricky away games but at home, when we can play our game, we are fairly strong anyway. I would still rather he could play tho!

that wasnt something i considered. he has really picked us up away from home and we've gotten a few away wins since he came in, but at home he isnt as vital. i firmly believe we will win our next two home games, with or without wilson.
i think hes picked jenas up aswell, zokora should be able to fill his shoes for a game or two. ive said before we should win all of our remaining home games (whu, toon, brom, city)
Also, our defence has been rock solid at WHL since Harry came in. Just 4 goals conceded in 11 games. That's seven clean sheets... three of which against the sky 4 (v Chelski, Man Utd and the goons).
