Well, what can I say? Simply awesome, all three of them.
My MoM was Danny Hutchins who never missed a tackle all game, including a last ditch one in the first half where if he had mistimed it, then it would surely have been a penalty and red card.
Andros Townsend got the MoM and whilst I would have given it to Hutchins, Andros' performance was superb. Ran for 90 minutes, scaring their full back witless and put in some excellent crosses.
Jonathan Obika was the goalscoring hero. The goal was a superb piece of timing from him for the run together with a calm finish.
What is clearly becoming apparent to me and many other Yeovil fans is that these three lads are way too good for League One level. Hopefully they will help pull us out of the smelly stuff this season and then maybe a Championship side next season? I would stake my mortgage on at least 2 of these 3 becoming first team regulars within the next 3 years. Time will tell.

I saw Townsend play in the Youth Cup. He is a very exciting prospect! Full of tricks and fast as hell. He reminded me of a good old fashioned winger.
good to here this thaks, ive watched obika a couple of times and saw townsend in the fa youth cup both look like they could be fast tracked to the first team soon, good to hear they are doing well and hutchins who i havent seen sounds good too, it was good that harry got these guys and others out on loan
The futures bright, cheers Yeovil fan, hope they contunue doing the job for you and get you out of the mire, whos manager down there, Harry got contacts has he?
The scouts we have got are some of the best scouts , Lets hope that Harry's method's of getting them into lower league's to cut their teeth - pays off for us .
I followed the game on a Gamecast & all 3 appeared very heavily involved. However, its great to get such positive feedback from someone who actually got to watch them!
Yeovil had an impressive 13 shots on goal & 8 of them came from the Spurs pairing of Townsend & Obika.
I'm glad they've settled in so quick & that the Yeovil faithful have accepted them. This sort of thing is good for the players, good for Yeovil & ultimately good for Spurs. We've got plenty more if you're interested!

Will we stay or will we go now?
Will we stay or will we go now?
If we go there will be trouble
and if we stay we'll do the double
So Levy has got let us know
Will we stay or will we go!

All three are very popular. Main reason, apart from the fact they are talented, is that they actually care about playing for us. I highlight that last piece because at our level, we get a fair few loans in throughout the season and some just do not give a damn. Example I use is last season we signed Ritchie Jones on loan from Man Utd under similar terms to the three Spurs lads we have. He was clearly talented but didn't give a damn, never tracked back when he lost it etc. Hutchins, Townsend and Obika run for 90 minutes and never, ever, stop trying so if you have more, keep sending them!
Speaking of Obika - he is two footed and packs such power into his shots. Two minutes after the goal yesterday, he picked the ball up about 40 yards ffrom goal, beat a man and had a scorching shot from 30 yards with his wrong foot that just missed the post. Their keeper was at full stretch.
llanellispur - Our manager is the only player manager in the 92 League clubs - Terry Skiverton, a Yeovil legend currently in his tenth season with us. There is definitely some sort of link between Harry Redknapp and us as when he was at Pompey we got a few of their lads in on loan to help us out.
This is what Harry was saying about getting them to be hungry . The fact that Ritchie Jones didn't track back , will mean that he will be left out on loan until he can be bothered . These guys showing how hungry for success they are wil now be loaned out at a higher level next season and may even be loaned out to a club in the premiership the season after that
Apparently Danny Hutchins did an interview on the radio down in Yeovil & he said that he had been told by Spurs that he was not needed & his contract would expire in the summer.
I guess the fact we have a plethora of RBs here already might have something to do with it but the lad seemed like a good player to me & the fact that he is naturally two-footed makes him somewhat of a rarity imo. Still, he has been at Tottenham long enough to make an impression & he has obviously failed to do so, I just think it sad when kids who have been with us as long as Hutchins ultimately get cut loose.
If this does turn out to be the case I can only wish him all the best in future endeavours.
