and gio? he's young and barely had a chance to play! no way should we be getting rid of him!

Pav is our top scorer , he is good and will score minimum every second game .
Giovani ? clubs are crying for talents like that, and if you would be boss of Tottenham.. you would just let him go ?

Im not sure I agree with this thread. I can agree that we have too many players pulling a wage, and very little else.

But, another whole-sale change of players in the starting 11, mid season, is not what we need.

I wanna see HARRY earn his money and do 2 things.
1. kick out the very worse offenders.
2. Turn around the rest with good football managment

Harry has to do more than just moan in the press about the squad, and buy and sell. I want to see real improvments in some of our low performers. I feel he is doing this alread, Gomes, Daws, Modric to name a few, have come along. But I want to see more, Bentley, Lennon, Bent and Pav can all do better... the others can either respond, or F-off.

We need reinforcements to our defense. Woodgate and King need backups. Good that we bought Palacios, he'll add resistance to our midfield.

Have to agree with most of the initial list given bar Pav and Santos, Bale and Hudd are two of our potentially great signings that haven't matured into great players so glad to cut them loose, think Bale crossed one good ball during the Wigan game. The rest "must" go.
Santos hasn't yet had a real chance and really expect Mod, Bently and Pav to come good once we have a solid spine to the team which will take some pressure off and let them show what they're all about.
With the exception of Dawson, Woody and O'Hara no-one has shown the "I'll put my body in the way of the ball" attitude.
I think we need to stop spending whatever is asked for players which we seemed to have done recently.( we're linked with a player, we make an offer, they up the price and we agree ) and spend more wisely which historically Harry has done.

To finish on a positive we have a 50/50 chance of winning some silverware, are guaranteed Europe next Year, are still there this year and given that we are building for next years League, if we can scrape some Prem points and things wont look so bad.

I'm amazed when I see posts like this, jumping on the bandwagon. So you realise your out list contains one player who featured fully in recent league games and two subs? There are players who inevitably will not feature in the clubs future but why blame people who are not currently even playing in the first team? There are more important things to concern fans at the moment, like the players that are chosen week in week out while the same negative results continue. I'm sure the arrival of Palacios will change the nature of our season but I hope harry isn't going to continue to spend his way out of trouble, we have a sqaud here but he hasn't used all of it.

This is so poor its beyond words...you wanna rip the team to shreds?...Huddlestone, Bale, Jenas, Gio, Pavlyuchenko, Bent..seriously?...get a grip fella.

Pav has been one of our few highlights this season, Gio has yet to be given anytime and one of the few players at the club with the ability to be a genuine world class player, Bale is having a poor run like the rest of the team but has come back from a long term injury (give the kid a break) and the rest are good squad players for any Premiership team...you need strength in depth in the Premiership these days.
