4-4-2 formation just look good, but some of them need to work harder. Something still missing in the central midfield role, no one can hold the ball and pick the right pass to runner or no one really can stand big and tough and take the pressure in centre. Passing is aweful caused procession lost so easy in recent months and they just don't click each other, just don't look like a team with spirit. Crossing quality still need to improve and seem the corner taker still missing!!
I guess if Portsmouth played a little bit better, we wont get out with a draw! I think we get out with it again.
The team still have lots of work to do! I don't want to see them in Championship next year.
So come on you SPURS!!!
Not lucky at all should have taken the win tbh
I must have been watching the wrong game![]()
Tottenham Hotspur - A Life Long Labour of Love.
We deserved the three points.
3 words - zokora was immense

I think we were unlucky to get a draw, we played with more spirit than i've seen for a while. And we were the better side, not much good if ur not getting the goals, but we had lots of chances and don't really think 1-1 is a representative final score
Redknapp-"winning's a great habit"
lucky to get a draw are you mad.... com'on fella, im normally bashing the team but i thought we did more than enough to win.
we might not be an amazing team, far from it, but today we out played our opposition and we dont often get to say that.
Corluka, modric, lennon, o'hara - woody and dawson/king. all did there part, then rest were average but that still made them better than a poor portsmouth.
I didn't see the game unfortunately.. what's Gomes' condition?... Hobbling? Not being able to move well?
Hobbling, not taking goal kicks. He made a few quality saves as usual, could do nothing about the goal.
player of the match was corluka for sure after him defoe lennon and modric
Yeah, the guy is fb. Top keeper and a top man.
balls are all well and good but how long until that costs us, he is injured! he cant kick a ball ffs! the fact that we have nobody available whos good enough to replace him for a game or two while he recovers illuminates the lack of intellegence this team has been run with.
btw, zakora is not immense, he fitter than every one of our players, but as a footballer he is easily the most limited, we need a proper holding midfielder. i know that sounds harsh, because i like the guy, his workrates great and he's a tryer, but his footballing brain is useless.
