Apparently it was vintage Harry Redknapp on Sunday and it had nothing to do with his acceptance speech when he was honoured by the Football Writers' Association at a tribute dinner in London.

It all came across as a bit of a blur for the bodies inside the Tottenham dressing room at the JJB Stadium after they had been beaten by Maynor Figueroa's last-minute goal, but this is a pocket-sized, rough and ready transcript.

You really think Jenas is the worse of the lot huh? I reckon I can name 3-4 worse than him.... which says something about the "mess" we're in right now.

Gomez could have said that (why didnt he come off... how much pain)

Bent (doesnt work back hard enough, his runs are terrible)
Pav (doesnt make smart runs, hold on to the ball, offer himself)

Dont get me wrong, I'm not spurs-bashing. Personally, I love watching lennon play, I like Pav (alot), I think Bentleys heart is in the right place.... Bale, Im not so sure, and Jenas blows hot (well warm) and then ice cold. . .

I actually like our squad, man for man, and twice a week I sit down with a real smile on my face to watch them... I'm expecting the team that beat 'Pool or went 4:4 with Arsenal, but I keeping getting the team that looses to the likes of Newcastle.

Personally I don't think it was Gomez, I really don't get the impression he's just there for the money, could be any of the others you mentioned but I still think Jenas. Well maybe Bale...
