      Nick GT...

I would say this.. like you... I always feel happier when I look at our fixtures and see a lack of B I G clubs.

But... there are a couple of things I will never forget after my 36 years of being a YID.
      1. We always c0ck it up against the team we should beat easy (oh the pain thats caused me)
      2. We always raise our game against the big-boys
      3. There are two leagues in the prem, 3 teams playing for the top spot and 17 playing for not getting the De-mo to the Championship.
      4. All 17 teams are pretty even. Any of them can beat us on an off day, as we proved against Fulham.
      5. We still dont know what is the real Spurs-under-Harry is yet. . - The sh1t performance at fulham or the cracker at The-Scum, or somewhere inbetween as in Blackburn or Liverpool.
      6. Im not sure what it means anymore to say "this is a game we should win".

I take nothing for granted and I think a win over West Ham, Bolton, Stoke, Fulham... anyone... is a reason to break out the bubbly.

Time we dropped the sentance.. "this is a game we should win"... may its ok to say "a game we can win"... but I'm sticking with "a game we might win".

FORGIVING.... I hope they come with that attitude.

You know, if we play as we are capable, I don't really see why we couldn't get 22-25 points out of those 10 games. But as Belondon stated, Spurs are notorious for big let downs during games that should easily be won. Hopefully Harry will be correcting all that nonsense and Spurs will seriously climb the table over the next few months.

      Here's to hoping and praying!

Agree with beating Manure but this is a different Spurs, under our Magic Arry. The old, 'lose to the minnows' mindset by the players, has changed as we proved on Sunday.
Bring on these games and boucebackability is our 2008/09 motto.

"The great fallacy is that the game is first and foremost about winning. It's nothing of the kind. The game is about glory. It's about doing things in style, with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom."

That could be achievable because if we win the Everton and Man Utd match we will be back on cloud nine along with George Harrison and will be bursting with confidence to win the next games, I can see us up in top table around 6th easily no doubt if we win those games.

Did not realise how easy the next load of games were! Nice. We will have to beat Everton Home next game however to get things rolling to have a chance of getting at least 20 odd points from all the rest of the matches. This is because as you have noticed so far this season for us. Wins will only come in bursts and so we will have to continue the one we are on now after beating Blackburn to build up some momentum.

When we lose however, it will be tough to get back that momentum which means the earlier fixtures are more important than the later ones as we will have more time to build up a running streak for them.

We need to aim for a draw or win for all of these games, a lose is not acceptable at this point or we will be back down where we were at the start.
