What a reception Robbo got at the Lane today. I have never known an ex Spurs Player get such a reception.
All the old Robbo chants went up and he clapped us all the way including 'Robbo, Robbo let one in' 'Robbo Robbo what's the score'
He did his old Spurs bit and ran to the Park Lane end and threw his gloves to our fans.
Last to leave the pitch along with Gomes

If it hadn't been for Ramos Robbo would still be with us.

Great guy but not a great keeper, good to see he got a good reception by the fans but his time at Spurs were up and it was correct to offload him.

Agree but it makes you think how different Robbo's performance would have been under our Arry.
Ramos treated Robbo with total disrespect only letting him know he was dropped when the team sheet went out.

Ramos disrespected everyone, basically said to the reserve team that they weren't involved in his plans for Spurs. Good job Ramos is out and Redknapp is in.

robbo was very up and down all the time his confidence peaked then it plummeted !!! all the bloody time ! i was not glad to see him go and gomez will prove be a much safer choice im convinced of this .

The best thing for him was to leave us, despite how we may of all felt about it. His confidence was shattered and although he got on fantasticly with the fans and was a true yid, he needed to move on to save his career. Even if Arry had come in earlier I doubt he would of stayed, the best thing for him was a fresh start at a new club, there was too much blame being put onto his shoulders here, as is now happening with Gomes. You can see the improvement he is now making at Blackburn, and hopefully will get back into the England squad.

I liked how today when people started chanting "Stand up if you hate Arsenal", Robbo put both hands in the air. True yid.

he'd come back given the chance and i'd love to see him get his old form back and make a return in a year or so. was , at his best, a great keeper for us and a total yid. lovely to see the reception he got - no other supporters would have done that.

let's hope gomes proves to be a legend though

Bought a lump to my throat I can tell yer! I agree if it hadnt been for that useless Spanish t*at he'd still be here and if Harry had got hold of him he'd still be our number one for sure.

I just wanna cuddle Gomes he looks so scared all the time !! Come on big guy get a grip.

It was great to see him back at the place he loves, I've not seen a player who has had such a love for Spurs and be loved in return the way Robbo did.

When he said he 37,000 friends left at the Lane it brought a lump to my throat. He'd come back like a shot given half a chance. The big guy has a dip in form and he was handled wrong by the Ramos regime.

      ROBBO IS A YIDO!
