KSS, the architects responsible for our new stadium, are also contracted to build our new training grounds at Bulls Cross Enfield. Check out the design here, its super-sexy! I reckon that our new stadium will probably resemble a bigger versio of that Brighton design, judging from the sketches released by Spurs this week. I hope it does cos that is sleek.

That traininc centre alone cost £30m! It'll be the most expensive thing in Enfield!

I did a monitoring visit to SEEC (one of the KSS projects) where some of the kids in my form were doing their work experience. I wasn't impressed. The amount of rework being done for one reason or another was beyond belief. From what I saw, a lot of corners were being cut (major bodge ups) so that the project was completed on time.

It all looks very nice but I'd be surprised if it looks anything like that by the time the design is finalised. Architects always seem to sneak some sort of water feature in when they are given a blank canvas and told to come up with some conceptual ideas. Just build us a cost effective training ground with the pitches and facilities we need and if there is any money left over then build us a fountain or something! Sorry, rant over!

Essex, The build itself may not be the fault of KSS but whoever it was contracted to. The 4 companies involved so far in the stadium build are the world's best so I can't see corners being cut.
