I am fed up of big clubs (yes including ours.. but only to a lesser extent) buying up good players only to stop the other teams from having them.
Manooooo have 2 great keepers, and one doesn't get a look-in Chelski, The Scum, and 'Pool all have players on contracts that can't get a match.
I would like to see the rules changed that if a play is getting less than 15% of the season on the pitch (not inc. injuries) then he can walk away from his contract.
Anyone see any flaws?
The problem is that the "big four" feel that they need a big sqauad of talent to cope with the amount of games they expect to play over the season & seasons to follow. To be fair none of them have added hugely to their squads in recent seasons without moving some on. Natural wastage of players happens and to stay at the top you have to build for the future. It's only a matter of time that Giggs will retire & Ronaldo moves away. If you don't do it you get into trouble. Also now there are seven subs named so you have to have a squad of 22 and name 18 just to play a game of football.
Yeah sure i heard about the rule during the ronaldo saga and it was somethin lyk 10% and you can quit.
