i think everyone on this board will agree with me when i say that we dont play as a true TEAM
well does anyone remember over the summer when we were in spain and ramos took the whole team to ride go karts and stuff?
i think that is JUST what the doctor ordered right now
everyone knows (well weve heard pav and modric say) how hard practices are with ramos
everyone knows that the team isnt together and doesnt have much chemistry
i think a break is needed, a day where after a light practice Ramos takes the guys somewhere they can relax and have a good time together, build some chemistry.
i think it could work, i mean he did it over preseason, y not give em a day break and do it now???

it definitely need time for the whole team to gel. i have been reading news concerning our club and i keep hearing bent comments that he's behind comolli and ramos, and comolli saying that ramos job is safe.... To me, i least expect comments from those few. If comolli can still assure some body's else job is safe, it appears to me that he will be here for good. Can't imagine.

The problem isnt bloody team building exercises is it!! The clueless manager and the puppet master Commoli has got us in the ****.
Ramos has to stop ****ing about with the team and play the best he has and not just for the poxy cups ffs.
No amount of go karting or picknics will get us out of the trouble were in, the players alos have to earn their wages now.

They shouldnt need team building exercises to motivate them to play.

A performance related pay scale should just about do the trick!!!

It should also run through the entire club from chairman to ball boys.

Ramos previously had the balls to take a player off without replacing him when he believed his team to had stopped trying when the went a couple of goals up!!!

We splashed probably less then half of what you guys spent,
and were doing much better....

The price isnt a factor its the players, if they are able to fit into
a certain team... Ramos thought hell sell and then buy this
expensive top OVERATED players and ull guys do good?

We immediately got back on form with a draw against Wigan, beating Middlesbrough and most recently getting a draw against your hated rivals Arsenal. It may work, it may not but may aswell try it.
