We all know Dimitar will cop it but how about Keano?
Personally I think Keane cares about as much about our current predicament as Dimi obviously does and Keane was adored by the fans.
Will be interesting.
robbie will get a great reception at spurs i reckon , he did say had it not been his childhood club that came in for him then he would have stayed with spurs the rest of his career .
cheer him then break him !!!
"The great fallacy is that the game is first and foremost about winning. It's nothing of the kind. The game is about glory. It's about doing things in style, with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom."
-Danny Blanchflower
I say give him pure cr*p.

Hopefully a great reception. He gave his all at Spurs and sometimes just like many of us we move to different jobs, for better prospects etc., He is no different. We had good service from him and he was sold for a good price. Good luck to him. Yes, we all wish he was still with spurs........but, that's life!
Dunno, he also said Celtic was his boyhood dream and that he was soooooooo happy that Spurs had sarted winning things and that he didnt want to go anywhere.
I am still bitter TBH.
I'm sure he won't get a good reception, he didn't exactly leave on good terms.
Keane gave us 6 of his best years and we got a profit of 14mill on him. Our club have let us down by not providing a decent striker to cover the hole he left.
I'm just pis*ed off at him saying he was going to stay. If he would have it known before there was a possibility he was going then we wouldn't have sold Defoe. I'm not buying this boyhood team bollox either, Celtic was his boyhood team. He would have left us for ANY bigger club in the Champions league and the massive pay increase had a lot to do with it aswell. Look at his track record, he always jumps ship when it profits him.
You say that as though you wouldn't.
If you were offered a better paying job with better prospects etc you'd be stupid/mad to turn it down.
I still like the man and he should get a warm welcome.
Berbatov on the other hand....
im still bitter bout the whole thing but
he should get a god reception, good cheer at introduction of his name
then his first touch, make him cry like a little baby![]()

Bentley vs. Arsenal 4-4
Rose vs. Arsenal 2-1
Seeing all the yidos smiling at last- Priceless
keano gave everything to spurs should get the welcome but hope he never scores against us
pity the way he left tho
I was upset to hear last night on SSN from the new ManUre Assistant that Berbatov has a fantastic attitude. Pity that was not always the case. Very hurtful. Hope he is happy with his dream.
I don't think he should get a bad reception but then again I don't think he should get a good reception. Best to just remain quiet in my opion. He did give his all to Spurs when he played unlike Berby. But the way he left did leave a bad taste in the mouth especially after saying how happy he was with us & that he wanted to stay for the rest of his carreer only to change his mind as soon as Liverpool came calling.

i will cheer him on to the pitch
i will cheer every mistake
I will cheer him of the pitch
Keane earnt his salary every week. every game i saw him give his all. 2 nil down or 4 nil up, he played hard for all 90mins.
You can ask for more.
Just as long as he doesn't celebrate if he score. i nice respectable hand in the air or something.
i think he deserves a warm reception but nothing more....as for the guys saying his childhood club was celtic its a very popular thing in ireland for people to worship a premier league club and either rangers or celtic! having read keanes autobiography its clear as a young buck he was always a massive liverpool and celtic fan and kenny dalglish was his hero!
