Gilberto is nowhere near one of the worst players to come to Spurs. Fair enough he played sh!t against Portsmouth but he's a good player nonetheless, regardless of how he played for Spurs so don't play that card...

He's a Brazilian international FFS and he's their first choice left back in International games, can't be a mug if you play for Brazil national team!!! Obviously has no confidence at Spurs and doesn't fit in. Flog.

However the topic is about "The worse players to PUT ON a Spurs shirt"...not "The players who played the worst in a Spurs shirt".

Gilberto isn't one of the worst players to put on a Spurs shirt but he might be one of the players who PLAYED the worst in a Spurs shirt...

Gilberto's debut was undoubtedly one of the worst performances ever seen. Postiga was cr*p - then scored for Portugal in the Euro's against us (England). We all started shouting that he was a gooner. But probably for sheer consistency, even though he did get a hat-trick in the 9-0 drubbing of Bristol Rovers, it has to be Ian Moores. I'm sure he used to sell peanuts in the shelf before games.
