Today we played Pompey, a team rocked by 10 goals in 2 games.
I told my mates, an early goal today will send them spinning and we will get 2 more.
instead, Ramos put out a defensive team, a lone striker and let them settle and get their confiendence. they scored first and instead it was us that lost our bottle.
Thats where i thought it went wrong.

What tactics????? There simpley wasnt any, he plays Gilberto on the left wing and Dawson at centre back!
Realises hes screwed after were behind and panics with whole sale changes but again too little too late.
Hes a clown, a no hoper that will drap us down while he f*cks off back to spain.
He leaves Gio,Modric and our current best player Lennon on the bench its clear to me he should resign.

Gilberto on the left instead of GDS
Zokara off when he was having a good game and left Jenas on
2-0 down with 20 mins left and he brings on bent for pav rather than have 2 up front
Played 4-5-1 even though pompy had conceded 10 goals in 2 games
Played dawson when he could have played corluka there and put guntner right back
played a out of form bentley instead of a in form lennon
Didnt make subs earlier or change the formation during the game at all
Nowhere near enough attacking play, to much defensive
It could go on if i could be bothered

He wont resign as he will have to compensate the club and we have seen how greedy Levy is when it comes to dosh, he will try to string him out and get every penny he can.
Unless its at an amicable split we will either be stuck with him or have to sack him and pay him compensation.

I am warming to the idea of getting rid of Ramos, but i would like to know what he does during the week.
But I wouldn't fire him. Let him water the plants in the office and empty the bins until he quits... not that personally dislike him, im just fed up of these MASSIVE pay offs...
bring in a new guy and let ramos mange the car parking on match days.
Listened to the match on 5 Live , claridge made several good points, remember we finished 5th 2 seasons in a row under MJ? What is our best 11? Bentley - dreadful. 1 up front when your 2 down?

and GILBERTO, why oh why, would have been better off plaing with 10 and asking the others to work a bit
