Think it is Ramos out but who do we want to replace him. I know Poyet, Hoddle and Klinsmann have been mentioned but I'm not sure to be honest. I would love to see O'Neill but that is a no go too undoubtably. Anyway get your nominations in and I will set up a poll once we have a few...

Although it is still down to Ramos to get the results I still don't think majority of managers can work with Camolli. I want Ramos out but in the process get rid of this snake as well.

As for who we get in, well I have no idea. I would also love to see O'Neil but it will just not happen. I wouldn't mind seeing Bilic as well, but again, that is a no go.

Jurgen did well for the Germs. Dunno if he would step it up to the EPL but cant be any worse that the tit in charge now.

      No to Shezza
      No to gazza
      No to Hoddle
      No to Collin Calderwood

      Poyet might get a shout.

      How about Sven?

Bet we get Joe Kinear when the Geordies f*ck him off.

Gus Poyet no question about it, he must laugh at what Ramos is doing now.

The only thing im worried about with Poyet is that he is there now and how much input does he have in tactics and formation and such? Surley he would get a say and be able to offer advice being the coach? I think we need awnsers before appointing him. He has passion and is able to motivate but can he manage?

I dont honestly think Gus has a great say in the team formation, he isnt a stupid man he knows whats what surely?
But its a good argument you make and that frightens me to think he may be part of the problem but i beleive he isnt the poision in the dressing room and could do a far better job than ramos.

I dont think Martin Jol would come back with Levy there.

Venables do, I think he would be a good apointment. He didnt take the newcastle job because it wasnt permanent so I think he would take the tottenham job if offered. He loves the club and would pick a stable, balanced team. I think he could get everyone playing.

      Not sure about Hoddle do.

I dont think any of them names are to Spurs benefits, Hoddle had a crack and failed, Venables is past it and Jol is no mug to come back to a club who so ruthlessly sacked him on live TV.
The problems are upstairs but as a replacement then Gus should be given it or failing that Oneil if he can tempted.

You've got a much of a chance of getting 'The Saviour' as you have of finding some rocking horse ****.

O'Leary is looking for a new club to destroy if you get in there quickly he might be able to continue what Ramos has started.

What about a switch around gus in, ramos 2nd.
I hate changing managers and the people running club, we might end up like newcastle and just be laughed at by everyone i hate this.
i'm going to the Hull match next sunday and just feel so pissed of with our team today, not really on individuals but the players positions. to tell you the truth im worried over hull
and we shouldnt be, not so long ago i would have said we would beat them 5-0 easilly.
Nice to hear our supporters given the pompy lot an earache, a small victory.

p.s anyone else going next sunday just say or p.m me cheers.
