Hes taken us backwards, depite Commoli interference Ramos has the players to succeed but refuses to play them correctly.

My fave Spurs manager has always been Venables. He looks like he's in the market for a job, someone tap him up quick. Preferably with a brown paper bag incentive.
Venables time has gone. I'm not sure who the answer is though. Well I do, its O'Neill but we got no hope of getting him.

I'm the only person who voted no. People like you lot are one of the reasons this bloody club is so unstable.
People don't just become ****e coaches after being so good. Although, everyone who comes to WHL does seem to turn that way. I say, get new backroom staff if anything. Ramos deserves until mid season at least.

Yeah ofcourse it is mate good call, because we continue to put players out of position and pick the wrong team week in week out.

What positives have you got from this season then? No you don't become **** overnight but you don't forget how to field a simple side either.
It's not rocket science to field players in their strongest position, and it's quite clear to everyone but Ramos it seems that some players are just not good enough, and yet he still plays them.
It's ridiculous, and the same thing happened when he took over last season as well. We won the Carling Cup and that was on one of the very rare days when Ramos got it right. Last season he inherited Jol's (Camolli's) team, and we were one of the worse on-form teams that season. Summer came, he got his own players in and has gone even further backwards with them.
It has absolutly nothing to do with give him time, let them gel etc. Atm he is getting the very basics completly wrong and we are suffering as a result of it. He got it spot on vs Chelsea and we got a point out of it, and could of even snatched a win. Whats so hard in doing that week in week out?
lets see what he does in jan. Sacked Camolli and give ramos the transfer money. then we can see our manager performs.
Although Camolli has done nothing right, the current problem isn't to do with him. He needs to go regardless and thats that. However, although other players in January would benefit us, Ramos is getting everything else wrong. Our season is already over in terms of a good top table finish, it could be even worse come January. Ramos continues to get it wrong week in, week out, when the solution is clear to everyone but him. Something needs to change, and it needs to change quickly.
