mate, i don't know if he's that stubborn to try and force the position he wants down the boys throats or is it that he doesn't care and wants to get sacked...either way it's just not gonna work, but by the looks of it, it's almost a combination of both; that's just terrible, really.

I have just said the exact same thing on another thread rather than standing on the line giving instruction he sat there watching looking deflated whats that telling the boys and the fans...Surely they can't be the only ones blind to this frustrating situation

I was screaming for him and Gus to get off their butts and show some passion. Not so much talk but scream!!!!
For players to look across and see their manager sitting down not offering some guidance is beyond belief.

Yep hats off to the fantastic support of the away yids today, we all deserve so much better but those guys who go away and give so much and yet receive f*ck all deserve a medal.

I dont think ramos and gus shouting on the touchline would have made a difference the game was pretty much finished at that point....... Im still holding FAITH with the management team and the playing staff at the moment, I just pray we get together sooner rather than later

Looks like Ramos is just trying to not lose games at the minute rather than win them. That is a sign of low confidence manager and its rubbed off on the team. His tactics are mind boggling to say the least.
