      Comments please...

      Taken from football365.com tonight.

      Scolari
      ---------
.......After seven years as an international coach, with Brazil and then Portugal, Scolari is enjoying the day-to-day challenges of club ootball.
"This is very good for a foreign coach because every day we need to study the opposing team. I learn every day about players and systems and clubs," he said...............

      Ramos
      --------
While they are some way from playing as he wants them to, the Spaniard is focusing less on the opposition and more on getting his squad up to his standards.
Ramos said: "We are playing every three or four days against new teams. It is impossible to think about other teams. I have a lot of work and I only think about Spurs. The situation for us is very difficult.
"Reality is that we are bottom. Maybe in one month we will have moved up a little, in three months maybe more. It is little by little and I am looking in the short term...

Scolari might have more experience, but I still like ramos a lot more... In sevilla he started from scratch, so he did in spurs. Scolari came to finished team...chelsea. Of course, i'm not undersizing his work, not at all, don't get me wrong, he is an excellent coach... And If i have to comment only on those 2 comments, well, I like ramos' one more again. Simple becasue you start with yourself, only then you may start thinking about opposition... I used to play bball my entire life and there is a saying:if you can't play 1v1, don't even think about doing it 2v2,3v3 or 5v5... So basically, you start from scratch-which is yourself.

It's honeymoon syndrome. Zola and West Ham will be dogs*it again before you know it.

Well in my opinion they are both managing their teams the way each team need's to be managed.

Spurs are mis-firing, not just the squad but the individual players are putting in bad performance's and playing like pub league players.

Because of this I think Ramos is right in looking at his team instead of the opposition, he need's to weed out the under achievers and figure out who need's to have focused training on certain area's of their game.

Our team currently has very little or no team cohesion so Ramos has to work on us before he can look at the opposition's tactic's.

Chelsea on the other hand are playing very well as a team, they have had a lot longer to bond and 95% of their players knew the english language before coming here, Scolari hasn't had to deal with an almost entirely new squad where as our man Ramos has had too.

Its a much easier job for Scolari because he has walked into an established team who's only under achievement was not winning the champions league.

Ramos has walked into a failing giant, won them a cup from nothing and then had to rebuild an almost brand new team.

Im sure when/if we ever sort our act out Ramos will start looking at the opposition's tactics but until then he is running our team the way it needs to be run just the same as Scolari is running chelsea the way they need to be run...... different clubs require different managment style's.
