Hi,
I just came across this interview with Spurs legend Jimmy Greaves, interesting what he says about Berbatov. I agree! also he says he preferred his time at the Lane to the Bridge-true yid!

this is really interesting, but i think berbatov is more of a decorator so to speak. he would be about ten times better if he upped his work rate though along the lines of tevez, (who to me is the opposite end of the spectrum). an interesting read though.
Interesting but I wonder how long ago he did the interview? i don't know why he thinks our management aren't up to it.
i think the interview is really recent cos he mentions about his tour which he is doing now and the article has just been posted. Got some other good interviews on that site.
Top man is Greavesie! Doesn't like to mince his words
pity we don`t have him playing now along with Dave Mackay
Not knocking JG, but he doesn't even visit the lane, so to me his view is the same as any other nowadays!
not taking away the fact he is a huge legend though!!! would love to have seen him in his prime!!!
Saying about Mackay, that is who i think we need now. Someone who can win the ball. Look at our midfield-they are all fancy players, no one to get stuck in. I know it is unrealistic but we need someone like Gattuso from Milan at the Lane.
