The problem is that its not the first time we've seen pictures of him in that state.

Oh come on! In the instant that a photo is taken somebody can look totally different to the state they're actually in. Don't tell me you've never taken a photo yourself of somebody you know and thought - "Ah, that's rubbish, didn't capture the moment at all". I know I certainly have.
I'm not saying that King isn't wasted, but I don't put all my faith in a photo, and the Daily Mail? Do me a favour! Along with the Express the worst paper in the land. And yes, I include The Star in that reckoning!

i reckon a guy who has not played in such a long time and has been still recieving top notch wages for basically nothing has a responsibility to keep himself right and him falling over and landing awkwardly on his dodgy knee would not go down to well .
i think you are right to post this , i dont think a spurs forum is purely to blow smoke up the players arses even king deserves critiscism when its due .

There are very, very few footballers these days who live up to the exceptional moral standards we all set ourselves.....
Its been said before, and I don't mind saying it again - they get a stack of cash for doing a job they're supposed to love, working hours that most can only dream of, and then wonder what to do with all that cash.
They come into fame and fortune at such an early age - for the good ones, at least - there is probably less appreciation of the true value of money, morals, standards, etc, etc, etc, than your average bloke off the street.
I don't agree with it. I don't like it. But I can understand why it happens. And as you've said, there have been far worse offences in recent years from famous footballers than going out and getting leathered, and then having to be helped away.
Like I said - I don't agree with it, I don't like, but can understand how it happens, and I hope it doesn't get any worse.
