Never been to a kit signing before. How does it usually pan out?

The hours are 4:30 - 6:30 at the mega store. By the time I get there from work it will be 6:15. Am I even going to be seeing Woody & Luka??

Is it a slow queue up thing or is it usually pretty cool with everyone getting to meet an speak to the players...

All info would be great!
