Why is it that ArsenalTV, ChelseaTV, MUTV & LiverpoolTV are all actual channels on the Sky network yet SpursTV has to settle for an online subscription?
It really bugs me because there is absolutely no reason why those 4 teams should receive that extra exposure than us. I subscribe to SpursTV but find it very awkward to watch due to my Mac preference.
No wonder these teams have such an international following. There are more MU fans in Japan than there are in Manchester!
It begs the question why are there NO other teams with their own channel? Its not as if they wouldn't be able to afford it and I doubt they would have that many less subscribers than Arsenal or Chelsea, certainly Tottenham wouldn't. It really annoys me the special treatment given to these teams and makes me want to hate them even more. Not only do they have their own channels showing every game but Sky & Setanta fall over each other to broadcast their matches anyway and the occasion is way more hyped up.
I would love to be able to get SpursTV actually on the telly and I really don't understand why, if you can get Nuts magazine's Nuts TV, you can't get an organization the size of Spurs with their own channel. There must be a reason.
m8 you have an opinion on everything !!!
which is a good thing on here .
chelskea manure have an international following as they dedicate a large percentage of their pre season touring and adding to their international appeal .
for instance this pre season man ure toured africa !!!
and chelsea toured china !!!
whilst spurs played in the feyenoord cup ? yes i agree it was a worthwhile exercise , it would have been a lot more benificial to the club had we toured one of these countries and increased our global brand . surely an astute business man like levy sees this and understands that this is probably one of our main priorities ? why do you think shinawatra wanted ronaldinho ? to tap into the lucrative asian market .
that he knows better than anyone is the biggest in the world and so happens our arch rivals are all over ???

Comes down to money I guess. If the revenue is less than the cost then that probably explains it. I should imagine when it becomes viable we would be next.

i would guess it would be due to costs
its annoying that we don't have a channel but i can understand why!! It would be on all the time and the missus would go mad lol

The same reason we don't attract the Roman Abramovich's of the world. Not sure if its good or bad actually!
I kind of know what you mean. However, i couldn't help getting jealous yesterday when flicking thru the TV guide & seeing old classic Man U games on MUTV or classic Chelsea games on Chelsea TV. I felt left out. I would loved to have sat and watched an old Spurs match that we won!
As long as Garth Crooks is not a presenter of anything on there
Good player, but awful pundut
and no Pleat either......can not pronouce any players names and always goes on about the players he signed
Yeah ditto.
