Tottenham Fans Yesterday????

Just wondering if anyone went yesterday? I had high hopes about the spurs fans I'd heard good things but you we're really dissapointing, I don't understand why you would travel all that way to sit on your hands in silence, is thats what all premiership away fans are like?

Travel to Rotterdam for a pre-season tournament? Not for me thanks! As for those who did travel, not exactly the sort of game/s to get all that excited about. Not like its got much in the way of competitive edge, has it?

Go and ask the Eindhoven fans what we were like when we visited their gaff last year.....

Didn't stop us lot. Pretty much non stop and even into the next game when we weren't even playing lol.

Maybe if it was a local game for us, like it was for you. You seem quite determined to prove how great your fans are but, to be honest, the stadium looked pretty empty to me on the telly. There were huge sections of the stands empty, especially for the 1st match but even during yours. As much as I hate to say it but did you see the Emirates? A similar tournament but local to North London and it was packed out for both matches. Now, I'm not trying to praise the scum too much but simply trying to demonstrate the level of support in this country. No, we probably won't travel a few hundred miles across the channel & jump around for joy like madmen (although some of us would, we just can't) and I doubt that if your tourney was being held at The Lane their would be very many Feyenoord fans there shouting either. However, I guarantee that if your competition were at the Lane, it would've been way more packed out for both games than it was at De Kuip last night and it would've been alot louder also.

Seriously, joking aside, I actually have alot of respect for you Scottish "tartan army" fans and it don't surprise me at all that you guys travelled out to Rotterdam in numbers. However, it is starting to concern me how much time you are spending hanging out in a Spurs fan forum.
