So... for those who follow Tottenham's Academy, are there some good prospects for the future of Tottenham? Also, what ends up to most of the young folk who come through the Academy?
Just curious really, because I would figure it would be a good idea to keep tabs on the good prospects out of our Academy.

You should read through my yids on loan thread, since almost every top academy player is out on loan somewhere
a few to look out for, but most of these players dont play for our academy anymore since they'll now be first team/"professionals" as the club lists them
Steven Caulker
Kyle Walker
Andros Townsend
Harry Kane
Tom Carroll
Paul Jose M'Poku
Kudus Oyenuga
Dean Parrett
Mirko Raineri
Jake Nicholson
Danny Rose
a few who have massive potential but I feel wont make it are (some of these players have several other players ahead of them and wont want to sit around waiting to play either).
John Bostock
Jonathan Obika
Kyle Naughton
Adam Smith
Ryan Mason
For those that dont make it they either get sold or released to other clubs and try to get on with their careers.
Actual u18s who I rate through reports from people who go to Spurs Lodge to watch games are
Massimo Luongo (been fantastic all season for the u18s, from Australia) for some reason he's not listed in our academy section.
Jack Munns
Ryan Fredericks (who made the bench for 1/2 games last season)
Alex Pritchard
Harry Kane (who at 18 this summer is IMO our best academy player)
Kudus Oyneuga (big striker, out on loan in Finland to gain experience)

Steven Caulker is the messiah!
hopefully we can get one too push through and start making first team appearences.. are any at that level yet?
homegrown in terms of being Tottenham "born and bred" is Steven Caulker and Harry Kane. The former has a real shot at playing next season he was outstanding for Yeovil last season where he won 4/5 end of the season awards and went to Bristol City this season and literally pulled them up from the relegation zone to secure Championship football again for them next season. He's 19 and he lead their back line like a seasoned pro.
The vibe around here is that he'll go out on loan to a lower PL side next season like Kyle Walker has for the 2nd part of the season then feature on a regular basis since he'll gain more experience. Really depends on the futures of King/Woody this summer if they leave/retire then Caulker may step in and fight for a place but I personally think he'll go out on loan again to get that vital PL experience.
Harry Kane has been a goal machine for our academy and has been at Leyton Orient for most of the season where he has been impressive in some games, only 17 so he has a bit more time to get some loans under his belt and push for a first team place which if he continues to progress I can see happening.
Kyle Walker who we bought from Sheffield United (along with Kyle Naughton) has every chance to be our RB next season, just depends on if he can do a job on a consistent basis for a top 4 club. He has been great for Villa this season.
A few others, Townsend/Parrett/Bostock/Rose have massive potential but it really depends on if they can push through and impress without the club bringing in other players who play their positions.
It's early days for M'Poku/Carroll but they've been excellent for Leyton Orient this season but I assume they'll have more loans in the next couple of seasons, very good players.

Good read, and thank you @spursman18 ! I've heard talk about Walker on here quite a bit, and seen Caulker mentioned some time too. I'll check out your "Yids on Loan" thread to keep up with the news!

I hear on our twitter feed about a kid named Shaq Coulthirst scoring a lot as well.. He is a U-16 player but already scoring hat tricks for the U-18s (2 hat-tricks vs. MK Dons Academy.) Would keep an eye on him as well.

Have not heard of this guy before which is a suprise. Any info on him @spursman18 ;?
In a world full of City's and United's...there is only one Hotspur
@Robbie_B
class player this season from what I've read, has scored quite a few goals too. A couple of forums have posters who go to all the academy games and they post long detailed reports about the games and he has been one of the best players this season.
Played for Olympic before he went on trial with us last spring in the Dallas Cup where he was very impressive, but according to transfer market we got him from A.P.I.A. Leichhardt Tigers?
found THFC6061's stats from an academy game thread
